I attempted to catch the 9.35am bus (from Burley) but it didn't show up. I was left standing on the side of a very busy road (my bus stop area is smaller than a pavement, width wise) in the freezing cold for another 20 minutes. The cows in the field took in an interest in me and attempted to nibble my arm off. The next bus eventually turned up but I was late for work.

It cost me £1.20 to travel 1.2 miles. Is this the worst value bus ride in the country?
