Two X84 buses that I caught were late today. The most annoying one being the 15.24 from Ilkley. It was so late that when it arrived, I had to pay peak fare because it arrived after 15.30 (about 15 minutes late). It was a very cold day and I was frozen after waiting all that time for the bus.

I was waiting for the X84 at Leeds bus station trying to catch the 21.05. The bus arrived 15 minutes later.

Why do the buses go once every hour in the evening? It's along time to wait by yourself in a scary bus station.

Bus stop 14765 (near the Sewage Works on Ilkley Road between Burley and Otley) is damaged. There was a road accident the other day and the dry stone wall was damaged causing rocks to fall on the very small space where there is to stand. The bus stop sign has fallen over (the concrete post is snapped) so bus drivers can't see the sign in the dark. The bus driver completely missed my stop and I was forced to try and cross a main road on the top of a high grass verge in an unsafe place.

I hope this is fixed this very soon as the bus stop is so remote I can't use another bus stop! I wish it was possible to move the bus stop permanently to the Sewage Works because the present bus stop is so small! You can barely fit two people on it and it's so close to the road it's dangerous because people often speed down there at a ridiculous rate. Bus drivers often miss the stop and I am forced to alight the bus onto the grass verge. It is a very hazardous road indeed.

Please fix bus stop 14765 soon so I can get home safely!
