hello im having a hatred of the x84, and generally the smelly 'first' bus service throughtout otley and the surrounding areas - i only last week was travelling to london and checked the times for the x84 when i found this blog... the scheduled bus was the 720 on thursday morning to catch a coach at 800 from the coach station, although a bit risky i thought possible.. i was wrong. when the 740 bus turned up i knew we had missed the coach to london costing me £18 for a new ticket :0(
bitter i am about the experience it is only worsened by the fact the w9 was sitting there at the bus station at 700, when i asked my fellow traveller whether we should get the train he insisted that trains were smelly.
have you ever thought of the train to leeds? the w9 is quite reliable (although) it used to be better and the train journey is only 15mins to leeds and lovely views, no smelly x84 jugging along in que after q, full of smelly commuters. get a travel pass for £15 or something a week, its not too much more to pay.. and its worth it. what do you think?

Unfortunately I can't get a train because the X84 bus is the only form of public transport that goes near my house. I would much rather catch the train!
