I am absolutely fuming mad the 5.44pm bus failed to turn up. There was a large group of people stranded in Ilkley and we all had to wait another half an hour for the next bus. What's extra annoying is the fact that I paid for a "dayrider" costing me £2.70 whereas it would have been a lot cheaper to buy a single off-peak fare. I would have only saved money if the bus had turned up!

What's even more annoying is they send a bus to Ilkley with passengers on (at this time) and then it returns all the way back to Leeds taking no fares. I can't understand why they do this everyday when buses are consistently late or not turning up. They could run an extra service and stop ruining peoples' lives.

I rang up to complain but they only took my details and then they write back to you.
